The following terms and conditions are applicable exclusively to the present and future business relationships with Nummyblend.
II. General Provisions
By submitting your application, as a new Distributor or Reseller for Nummyblend, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, considering it has experession of your alignment with our values, ethics, and business practices.
Nummyblend retains the right to nullify any subsequent transactions if found in violation of our Policies following a thorough investigation. This action is taken to uphold the integrity and standards established by Nummyblend, ensuring fair and ethical business conduct.
III. Ordering
For all new entries, full payment is required upon the delivery of our products. Alternative transaction methods such as "Pay-first-then-deliver" or "installments payments" may be considered based on an agreement between the new entrant. Entry Packages will adhere to the Minimum Entry Quantity set by Nummblend at the time of entry.
Nummyblend disclaims any liability losses incurred due to transactions with fraudulent Distributors. To mitigate this risk, it is imperative that all prospective Distributors and Resellers strictly adhere to the entry procedure outlined in this document.
Orders for stocks are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to the first order placed. Distributors are expected to maintain adequate stocks for their respective areas. Nummyblend reserves the right to revoke a purchase if a payment cannot be made upon product send-out or if the placed order(s) is/are considered unsuitable based on productions capacities and quality distribution strategy. Should such events occur, a Distributor-wide or individual notice will be issued by the Management.
IV. Storage and Management of Stocks
As a Distributor or Reseller, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products intended for sale are stored in environments free from dampness and extreme temperatures, whether excessively hot or cold. Additionally, meticulous care must be exercised in handling the products from their arrival in your area until they are sold to your clients.
Nummyblend strongly advises its Distributors and Resellers to utilize protective measures such as bubble wrap or boxes when shipping products. Nummyblend holds no lability for damages caused by the courier or individual Distributors and Resellers during the sales Process.
All released products undergo thoroug inspection by Nummyblend Quality Assurance Personal before distribution, with the confirmation occuring during the pickup of stocks. This process is designed to uphold the highest standards of product quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
V. Liability
In case of product being identified as defective or compromised, the management will initiate a replacement process upon the reporting of such defects 24hrs after receiving the products through our official email channel, following a comprehensive investigation.

Guidelines for distributors and resellers:
For Regional Distributors:
Regional Distributors are responsible for supplying stocks to all Provincial Distributors within their region and to City Distributors in provinces without a Provincial Distributor. They may also provide stocks and Reseller Packages to Resellers, regardless of their location, and engage in retail sales both within and outside their region. However, it is recommended that Resellers or potential customers outside their region be referred to a local Distributor/Reseller for more efficient stock procurement. Regional Distributors are not permitted to supply stocks to Provincial and City Distributors outside their region.
For Provincial Distributors:
Provincial Distributors are tasked with supplying stocks to all City Distributors within their province, including independent components and Highly Urbanized Cities under their jurisdiction. They may also supply stocks and Reseller Packages to Resellers, regardless of location, and conduct retail sales within and outside their province. Like Regional Distributors, they are encouraged to refer Resellers or prospective customers outside their province to a local Distributor/Reseller for more efficient stock sourcing. Provincial Distributors are prohibited from supplying stocks to City Distributors outside their province and are restricted from purchasing stocks from Regional Distributors outside their designated area. In the absence of a Regional Distributor, Provincial Distributors may only purchase stocks from the Main Office.
For City Distributors:
City Distributors are responsible for supplying stocks to all Resellers within their city. They may also provide stocks and Reseller Packages to Resellers, regardless of location, and engage in retail sales both within and outside their city. Similar to Regional and Provincial Distributors, it is recommended that Resellers or prospective customers outside their city be referred to a local Distributor/Reseller for more effective stock sourcing. City Distributors are restricted from purchasing stocks from Provincial Distributors outside their designated area and are prohibited from purchasing from Regional Distributors. However, if there is no Provincial Distributor covering their area, they may purchase stocks from the Regional Distributor until the position is filled. In the absence of both Provincial and Regional Distributors, City Distributors can only purchase stocks from the Main Office.
For Resellers:
Resellers are authorized to source products only from the Distributor who activated their registration. If prospective customers are outside their effective area, it is strongly recommended that they be referred to a nearby distributors for easier product access.
Terms and Conditions Agreement:
Before submitting, please ensure you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. By submitting through Nummy Blend’s registration system, you acknowledge and consent to abide by these terms.
Minimum Entry Quantity (MEQ):
For Distributorship and Reseller positions, please adhere to the Minimum Entry Quantity (MEQ) requirements. Be aware that updates to the MEQ may occur and may not be immediately reflected in this document.
